    Golden Pear Villa-MSV is a luxurious, spacious and comfortable 10-bedroom 6.5-bathroom living accommodation capable of comfortable sleeping 20 persons. It has 5 full kitchens with range-oven, dishwasher, full bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and 10 twin beds that can be combined into a king beds if desired. This villa boast modern amenities to make your stay very comfortable and feels like a home away from home.

    The space
    Perched majestically in the hills of Belmont, Golden Pear Villa MSV offers one of the most spectacular panoramic views in all of Grenada—overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea, bustling St. George’s harbor, Fort George, Fort Frederick, and the various inland attractions. This villa blends modern comfort and beauty into an unforgettable Caribbean experience.

    This luxurious 10-bedroom villa is a sanctuary for family reunions, retreats, weddings, sports teams, and group getaways. It can comfortably sleep 20 people. Formerly owned by a celebrated West Indies cricketer, the villa blends history, modern comfort, and jaw-dropping beauty into an unforgettable Caribbean experience.

    All interior work has been recently completed. However, we're in the process of finishing some exterior work like the pool, outdoor kitchen, and privacy walls. To be completed by 10/15/2025.
